As a stress management, and life coach, I help women learn to recognize their stressors and find healthy and effective methods for reducing their levels of stress. In particular, I teach healthy strategies for managing stress, balancing life, improving relationships, and finding a new sense of who they are and how they feel about themselves and the world around them. By learning these skills, my clients understand themselves and others better.
You may be surprised to learn that achieving lasting happiness and inner peace does not require any mysterious knowledge, it just requires learning simple techniques and some effort on your part. You can change your life, with some guidance and direction.

How it Works

Fees will be discussed, and questions answered at the conclusion of a complimentary session.

The next step is a 2–3 hour discovery session, which builds the foundation of the coaching partnership. This and all other sessions are by telephone, and e-Mail which are as effective and powerful as in-person sessions

After the discovery session, three 40-minute telephone sessions are scheduled per month for a 4-month commitment. Also included are email and short phone conversations to ask a question or celebrate a change.
